We are pleased to inform you that we have recently received ISO 9001:2015 certification, in recognition of our quality management system performance. Furthermore, Intertek, one of the most prominent accredited management systems registrars, has granted our ISO certification under UKAS accreditation a well-recognized and respected mark confirming the international assessment standard was fulfilled during the certification process.
The ISO 9001 standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement.
This accredited certification enables us to better serve you, our valued customers, as continuous development makes our company more efficient and maintains a high caliber of service delivery. As well as benefiting our valued customers, the new certification will also benefit our staff as improved operations can increase employee job satisfaction – good news all around!
